From the friendly confines of a Wal-Mart parking lot near Columbus comes this disturbing video.

An SUV stops and the driver asks a woman for directions. Of course, that's not what he wants; he wants her purse. He grabs it but the victim is tangled up in the strap as he drives away, dragging her along.
