You probably got your Black Keys tickets for their concert here at the Q in March, right?
They went on sale Friday. And unlike some other cities — in particular, their NYC show at Madison Square Garden, which sold out in 15 minutes — there are still some seats left for the Cleveland date.
The duo's real fans will want to scoop up the premium tickets that put you on the floor or one of the lower levels.
And just in case you think the Keys have forgotten their local roots, they're donating proceeds from those premium tickets to the Akron-based mental-health agency Community Supports Services.
The special tickets are kinda pricey — $159.50 total, with $100 going toward the donation — but look at it this way: You're doing some good by contributing to a hometown charity.
Plus, you'll have way better seats than your friends watching two guys bang away on guitar and drums from their seats a quarter-mile away from the stage. —Michael Gallucci
