Suggestions for Stories on the City Council, Library Spying, and Fannie Lewis' Sleeping Habits

Somebody in the group that is trying to have a recall election of nasty Cleveland City Councilman Joe Santiago said that to try to prevent recall elections of other bad Cleveland Councilmen, City Council has decided to enact a law in 2008 to make it much more difficult to do a recall election of any councilman. Please investigate and report that now, before it happens. Headline it "City Council pisses on public, again." And why is Cleveland the only city in Greater Cleveland that does not allow its residents to speak at city council meetings? To avoid accountability? Expose that too while you're at it. Why don't you report already that old Councilwoman Fanny Lewis often sleeps through the middle of Monday evening Cleveland City Council meetings? The Plain Dealer has covered that up for over a year now. Why don't you find out if the Cleveland Public Library keeps any kind of record of what people do on computers there, since it requires people to sign on computers with their library card number. Can the library or Federal Government computer experts (such as FBI or Office of Homeland Security) access records of who did what on the library computers, such as sending emails to suspected terrorists, or to Hugo Chavez or anybody else on the Federal Government's list of suspects and dissidents. Why don't you ask the Cleveland Public Library director, and also ask the Lakewood Public library director, since it is soon converting to a new system, like the Cleveland Public Library uses, requiring people sign on with their library cards to use computers.
