Ozzy Concert Canceled; Rob Zombie/In This Moment to Still Play House of Blues

Posted By on Wed, Dec 19, 2007 at 1:43 PM

December 20's Ozzy Osbourne concert has been canceled, due to "an unforeseen personal family matter" on Ozzy's side. [Insert joke about son Jack here.] Ozzy's schedule is full, so he won't reschedule for this leg of the tour. (Didn't he retire in, like, 1992 anyway?) BUT: Openers Rob Zombie and In This Moment WILL play House of Blues (308 Euclid Ave.) the same night. HOWEVER: Tickets for the arena show will NOT be honored. So if you want to go, you have to buy a new ticket via House of Blues or Ticketmaster, and wait for your refund from the Ozzy show. In This Moment will still perform an early meet & greet/acoustic show at Peabody's (2083 E. 21st St.). Doors 4 p.m., show at 5, all ages. The show was free with a concert ticket, $5 without; no word if that has changed. In the meantime, above lies the Ozman's "Crazy Babies" video from '88. Zakk Wylde with big hair! It's not great, but it's pretty catchy. -- D.X. Ferris
