Finger Eleven's Way Free Concert: Don't Say We Didn't Warn You

Posted By on Fri, Jan 18, 2008 at 12:39 PM

We have about as much use for Finger Eleven as we do for O'Doul's. But people seem to like these brooding rockers (who, like the equally-appalling Nickelback, come from Canada). We can’t turn on the radio without hearing their hit single, “Paralyzer,” which we always mistake for Led Zeppelin’s “Trampled Under Foot” for about a second before realizing what we’re listening to, slamming our head into the dashboard and quickly changing the channel. ... Anyway, this news should excite a lot of people: Finger Eleven will perform a free web concert Sunday night. The show itself will take place at 9 p.m. at a super, top-secret NYC location -- because, we assume, they’re Finger Eleven, and everyone wants a piece of their Finger Elevenness. At the same time, The Steve Wilkos Show -- don’t worry; we’ve never heard of it either – will beam the concert out to anyone with an internet connection. Consider yourself warned. -- Michael Gallucci Finger Eleven:
