The rock narrowly missed Soulja's head, leaving him only with a slightly askew hat.
You probably heard about the 12-year-old boy who tried to kill Soulja Boy last week by hurling a rock at the rapper’s tour bus. We don’t condone this type of behavior, and could think of some more inventive ways to off an annoying rapper. But we certainly know how the rock-throwing kid feels. Who didn’t want to fling something heavy and harmful at the 17-year-old hip-hopper after hearing “Crank That” for the 87th time? The Illinois boy’s defense – “I hate Soulja Boy” – is classic, and one that we now plan to use after our own object-hurling attacks on the following artists. ... A stack of calendars at Daughtry, so he’ll know what year it is. A Chevy truck at Toby Keith. Every single Lil Wayne mixtape at his mentor and frequent collaborator, Birdman, who really should stick to the business side of things. A bag of burning dookie at Velvet Revolver. Because their music is shit. -- Michael Gallucci
