Just in time for the return of patio weather, Prosperity Social Club (1109 Starkweather, in Tremont; 216- 937-1938 ) has added Sunday hours to its lineup. According to owner Bonnie Flinner, the retro-style bar, restaurant, and outdoor-dining room will be open from 2 to 10 p.m. each Sunday, with a menu featuring barbecued baby back ribs served with handcut fries and coleslaw. (Price is $14.95 for a half slab, and $20.95 for a whole.) That patio, incidentally, is a cutie, tucked around behind the vintage tavern, and decked out in a sort of 1950s “picnic by the highway” motif, complete with travel posters, picnic tables, and bouncy metal chairs. “Hopefully, Mother Nature will continue shining down on us, and customers can enjoy a relaxing afternoon or evening out there,” Flinner says.
