Ronald Romanini was officially indicted by the Feds for bribing Frank Russo, according to WOIO.

Romanini, a contractor, admitted to putting a $25,000 roof on Russo's home — a roof which Frank Russo paid exactly $0 for — in exchange for Russo giving Romanini's relatives raises.

Romanini, who founded Willoughby Supply, has been connected to Russo's troubles for awhile. It was he who Russo met at Our Lady of Lourdes Shrine to discuss covering up sketchy contributions to his campaign fund.

Russo and Romanini have been longtime friends.
