19 Actions News, in the sort of seasonal fluff piece local television news has trademarked, gives us this joyous little clip on sexy Halloween costumes.

How hot is too hot?

Skin is in!


Watch for yourself. We still can't decide what the funniest part was: the reporter interviewing a 4-foot-tall old lady about whether she'd wear a sexy costume this year, her fascination with princesses, or... nevermind, it was definitely asking the 4-foot-tall old lady if she was going to wear a sexy costume.
