Cleveland Has the Lowest ATM Fees in the Country

The best ATM weve ever seen.
  • The best ATM we've ever seen.

It's a happy occasion when a Clevelander has a chance to visit the ATM. That means there's money to be taken out, a rare and wondrous moment indeed.

Now, it's common sense to go to the ATM of whatever bank you belong to, but sometimes that's not possible. You need that pack of smokes and you're on W. 6th. You're at the strip club and you want just one more dance from Candy. Whatever the case, sometimes you head to the nearest ATM and pony up the fee for convenient cash.

They suck, sure, but in Cleveland, those fees suck less than in the rest of the country.

According to Bankrate.com, Cleveland has the lowest ATM fees — $1.83 on average — in the country. Nationwide, the average is $2.53. That extra $0.50? That goes a long way in this town.
