Morning Brew: Hot Oil in the Face, BW Sells Art, Time Warner Outages During Super Bowl, and Police Explain Idling Laws

Good morning, Cleveland. Here's some stuff to read while you sing the National Anthem, just to prove you know the words.

— How great is Time Warner cable? Customers in the Brunswick area missed some of the Super Bowl yesterday because Time Warner had some technical issues. (WOIO)

— It's against the law to leave your car running if you're not in it, whether you're warming it up outside before the morning commute or letting it idle while you run into the convenience store. Police discuss whether they should give tickets if they catch you. Which they shouldn't. Ever. (News Herald)

— Jasmine Griffin, pictured to the right, is under arrest after hurling a boiling pot of oil in the face of a man, who later was taken to the hospital with severe burns. Her face is full of regret, no? (WOIO)

— BW unloaded 1,700 pieces of art they neither had room nor the staff to take care of, collecting a cool $1.4 million in the process. (Cleveland.com)

We'll be back momentarily.
