Video: Phil Davison, Stark County Treasurer Candidate Freak Out Specialist, Gets a Tosh.0 Web Redemption

You remember Phil Davison, don't you? He's the impassioned and possibly crazy Republican who ran for Stark County treasurer and whose unhinged campaign speech went viral. (Watch the original video at that link if you haven't seen it, but you probably have, so we'll just move right along.)

Tosh.0 brought Davison out to L.A. for a web redemption on last night's show and, well, just watch for yourself. There are too many amazing parts, but if we had to pick our favorite, it'd be when Davison lists his favorite drugs. Enjoy.
