PBS Profiles Lincoln Electric, Cleveland Company That Hasn't Laid Off a Single Employee Since WWII

Lincoln Electric is more than the gigundous wind turbine just off I-90. It's a company that has thrived in tough economic times, instituted merit-based bonus profit-sharing policies that more companies should adopt, and hasn't given one employee the layoff notice since WWII.
