For the first time since Jim Abbott did it 18 years ago, the Indians have been no-hit. This time it was Ervin Santana and the Angels in an afternoon affair over at The Jake. Angels 3, Tribe 1.

We were there for a few innings, but returned to the office before the game ended to write blogs for you. We are as bright as the Indians were capable of hitting today.

So, history was made at the corner of Carnegie and Ontario today, the kind not seen often — this was the 272nd in MLB history. And the Tribe continues to lose ground against the Tigers. All around great day.
