Good afternoon, Cleveland. Here's some stuff to read while you figure out what the monthly payments on a $19,495,000 loan would be.

— A $19.5 million mansion is up for sale in Vermilion. The kind of home you'd want to live in except for two key things: You can't afford it, and it's in Vermilion. (Morning Journal)

— The law director in Elyria rightfully points out that the city doesn't need a flash mob law in general, and they specifically don't need a flash mob law to prevent kids from storming the annual apple festival. (Chronicle Telegram)

— It's probably not good PR for your charity when your mug is flashed in the Plain Dealer in connection with the suspension of three OSU football players for accepting hundreds of dollars at your event. (Cleveland.com)

— Remember that Sheriff's deputy who is on paid leave after allegedly being caught masturbating in the Metroparks? Well, turns out it's not the first incident. (19 Action News)
