Think you can trust your doctor? Think again. MetroHealth Medical Center's director of inpatient services, Joseph Todd Joyner, is the latest winner of Scene’s creep award. He pleaded not guilty today to three counts of kidnapping and three of gross sexual imposition involving an August incident with an 11- to 12-year-old girl.

NewsNet 5 reports that the Cuyahoga County indictment alleges that Joyner removed the girl “from the place where she was found or restrained her liberty for the purpose of engaging in sexual activity,” and that he touched her breasts.

Joyner, also an assistant professor at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, posted a $100,000 bond and is roaming around town, although he has to surrender his passport by tomorrow so he can’t leave town. A pretrial hearing is scheduled for next week and Joyner has been ordered not to have any contact with the young victim.
