James Earl Jones Narrated This 1978 Film on the Cuyahoga River

NEORSD posted this a few months back. It's just a clip of a longer documentary piece on the Cuyahoga River's recovery, but it's narrated by James Earl Jones. How did we never see this before? And how much did the Cleveland Harbor Preservation Committee pony up for God's gift to voice-overs for the gig?

Worth every penny, we guess. Never has our crooked river sounded more important or sexy.
