Get hungry, Cleveland. And loosen those belts. Here are the five best food challenges that can be found in our robust, peckish town.

Touch's Tuesday Burger Challenge

Where: Touch Supper Club ( touchohiocity.com) 2710 Lorain Ave Ohio City

If you are adventurous, you can attempt this burger behemoth. It is free if you finish, or $30 if you fail. First is the tower of beef comprised of 3 lbs. of meat with three complete buns, and a variety of toppings that switch every Tuesday. If you even get past the burger, you must also scarf down the side of frites, plus a draft beer.

Prize: Bragging rights

Cost: $30 or free if you finish

Shula's 48-ounce Steak Challenge

Where: Shula's Steak House 2 6200 Quarry Lane Independence

The Challenge: With a four-day notice required, 48 ounces of prime beef is flown in directly from Shula's Steak House in Miami. Pick your temperature, grab your steak sauce and pick two sides, as you have 60 minutes to complete the challenge.

The Prize: Have your name immortalized in the Shula's 40-oz Club

Cost:$95

Quaker Steak and Lube Atomic Wing Challenge

Where: Quaker Steak and Lube Restaurant ( quakersteakandlube.com) Valley View and Sheffield locations

The Challenge: Consume five chicken wings with Atomic sauce (150,000 Scoville heat units). A word of advice: clear the rest of your day, and drink lots of milk!

Prize: Get yourself a nifty bumper sticker and a spot on the "Wall of Flame." Then get into the big leagues and try the Triple Atomic Challenge (450,000 Scoville heat units).

Cost: $6.99
