Pic of the Day: Cleveland Cop Chastises Naked Boy in 1955

Posted By on Mon, Jun 17, 2013 at 10:48 AM

My, how far we've come. More than 50 years ago, Cleveland police were riding around on horses and scolding young boys for traversing city parks in the nude. Nowadays, it's just all-hands-on-deck police chases and shootouts. Ho hum.

Here's a photo from the Cleveland Press to brighten or disturb your day.

"You're no jaybird," Patrolman Jim Kennedy tells the boy. "You're not allowed to run around the beach nude."
