A Redditor recently published this map depicting the most significant television shows developed in each state.

As we all know, Ohio's TV claim to fame was The Drew Carey Show, which ran for almost a decade on ABC.

But our state has also hosted a variety of other hit shows in recent years. We've compiled a list of some of the big-name shows that called Ohio home.

Hot in Cleveland (2010-present): This show stars Betty White and Valerie Bertinelli and revolves around three women from LA who decide to stay in Cleveland after their plane makes an emergency landing.

Glee (2009-present): This hit show is about a Lima, OH glee club, but characters make references to taking trips to the big CLE.

The X's (2005-2006): The series had a short life on Nickelodeon but was about a Cleveland-based family of spies who attempt to save the world.

Hope & Faith (2003-2006): This show was about a Cleveland-area mother of three who had to learn to live with her sister, Faith, after Faith lost her job as a Hollywood soap star.

Ed (2000-2004): This show was based in fictional Stuckeyville, OH,which was believed to be near Youngstown. The plot revolved around a bowling alley-owning lawyer.

Third Rock from the Sun (1996-2001): This TV show is set in fictional Rutherford, OH, but main characters ventured to Cleveland for a sci-fi convention in one of the episodes.
