Burns is slated to speak at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 22 at Kent State University's Presidential Speaker Series. Lefton in a press release issued by the university this morning. “As one of the most influential filmmakers of all time, he has brought history to life for millions around the world.” The guy's been making films for more than 30 years and is currently at work on The Roosevelts: An Intimate History, a seven-episode series that will be broadcast on PBS in the fall.
