A Steaming Pile Of Shih Tzu Licenses: County Wastes Money On Duplicate Dog License Forms

WOIO reported on Monday that Cuyahoga County wasted an estimated $32,000 by mistakenly sending out thousands of duplicate dog license renewal notices costing $1.37 a piece.
