Today, Vice President Mike Pence travels to Tendon Manufacturing Inc. in Bedford to tour the facility and discuss the administration's plans for the United States healthcare system.

The Wednesday Northeast Ohio visit, his first as Vice President, is scheduled for around 4 p.m., and includes discussions with business owners in the community.

However, not all Ohioans are eager to roll out the welcome mat.

A group of protesters, including members from Action Together Lakewood and Planned Parenthood Advocates of Ohio, are planning a protest outside of the Tendon building. The crowd intends to voice concern over the current Senate healthcare bill, of which Pence could be the deciding vote. They even coined the demonstration "Healthcare De-Pence on You!"

The busy group will first gather outside Senator Rob Portman's office at noon today to protest the bill. The senator recently voiced his opinion, declaring his opposition to the bill in its current form.
