After having just wrapped up a four-week tour in support of its terrific new EP, Paths, locally based indie rockers the Lighthouse and the Whaler have just released a new holiday tune, “Oh Holiday!”

"We are very excited to release our first ever original Christmas song!,” the band writes on its Facebook page. “May it make your Christmas joyful. We're thankful for all of you guys who have supported us through the years and we're excited to continue the journey together. Merry Christmas!"

With its call-and-response vocals and jangly guitars, the song captures the holiday spirit as singer Michael LoPresti exuberantly croons, “You always bring us together.”
