A pair of roommates in Lakewood have officially set the bar for most original melee. Lakewood police were called about a disturbance Thursday around 1 a.m., after a residential argument on the corner of Cove and Clifton turned spicy and downright savage.

According to the police report obtained by Scene, one of the roommates sounds like a petty and passive-aggressive monster, as he allegedly removed all of the light bulbs from the shared space. The other roommate didn't take too kindly to this action and decided to go all aggressive-aggressive, chucking a cast-iron skillet and hot sauce at the offending roommate.

One of the roommates left the scene of the light bulb/hot sauce war zone before police could arrive, and the police report didn't specify what brand of hot sauce was lost in this senseless violence.
