Each August, Tremont West partners with Ward 3 Councilman Kerry McCormack, LAND Studio and Cleveland Public Theatre to present free professional dance, theater and music in Lincoln Park.

Raymond Bobgan, the Executive Artistic Director of Cleveland Public Theatre, will curate the performances. Opening night will feature the Cleveland Public Theatre’s Student Theatre Enrichment Program, and the opening weekend will also include a Cleveland Shakespeare Festival performance of Twelfth Night.

The second weekend of the month will feature Inlet Dance on Aug. 10 in a performance that will coincide with Walkabout Tremont. Verb Ballets will perform on Aug. 11.

The third and fourth weekends include performances by Tony Mikhael, the Cleveland Jazz Orchestra, ContempOpera and Papo Ruiz Y La Dulzura de la Salsa, and the series concludes with a concert featuring local indie rock acts the Village Bicycle, By Light We Loom and the Ohio Weather Band.

The events are free, and you can bring a picnic, order take-out from one of the Tuesdays in Tremont participants and bring a chair or a blanket.
