With a whole summer of balmy days ahead of us, you're going to want a way to cool off when the temps climb into the 90s and beyond. Ideally, that means jumping into some water. Thankfully there are plenty of options around Cleveland that are a bit more useful than the kiddie pool you have set up in your backyard. Here's a list of beaches, pools and splash pads you can hit up now through the fall.

Broadview Heights Splash Park
9543 Broadview Road, Broadview Heights
Splash away for free at fun sprinkler stations. Open every day 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Cain Park Splash Pad
14591 Superior Road, Cleveland Heights
A perfect way for the kids to cool off while still enjoying the summer sun. Open Monday through Friday 10 a.m.-noon, 2 p.m.-6 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday, noon - 6 p.m.

Pioneer Waterland
10661 Kile Road, Chardon
With six-story tall waterslides, a lazy river, paddle boating and a pool with water obstacle courses, there is something for every age to cool off in the dry heat. Open daily from 11 a.m.-7 p.m.

Anthony Zielinski Park
9620 West Ridgewood Drive, Parma
The park offers fairly new splash decked out with a palm tree sprinkler, a swimming pool, and fishing. Open 11a.m.-6p.m. daily

Waterworks Family Aquatic Center
2025 Munroe Falls Ave., Cuyahoga Falls
Have a family outing in the blazing weather by relaxing in the lazy river, swim laps, or find excitement on the water slide. Open daily 11 a.m.-8 p.m.

Edgewater Beach
Lakefront Reservation
Hit downtown Cleveland's nearest beach at Edgewater Park this summer for a little cool relief. The parking here can be atrocious, so feel free to bike or walk here for a truly relaxing experience.

Cleveland's Summer Outdoor Pools
For the chance to cool off while just having some simple summer fun, there are more than 21 public pools in the city of Cleveland itself to choose from. More information about these pools and their addresses can be found here. Open Wednesday-Sunday noon-7:30p.m.

Downtown Cleveland's Spray Basins
Walking downtown in these scorching conditions can be tough. So stop by one of these mini splash pads scattered throughout the downtown area to cool off. These basins spray water on a continuous basis Monday-Sunday noon-6 p.m. when temperatures are above 80 degrees. Click here for the locations of these spray basins.
