(Original story 10/24/18): Another Crocker Park dining option is taking shape as crews work on a building on Comet Alley that will serve as the home for Blue Sushi Sake Grill once it opens sometime in the first quarter of 2019.

Westlake will be the most recent addition for the chain, part of the Flagship Restaurant Group, that currently operates locations in Naperville, Indianapolis, Denver, Fort Worth, Dallas, Omaha, Lincoln, Westwood and Lexington.

As the name suggests, Blue features a healthy roster of sushi along with Asian-inspired appetizers like lettuce wraps and crab rangoons, along with a small selection of entrees like chicken teriyaki.

Check out the full menu here.

In a press release, Stark Enterprises also notes that Barroco, which had been aiming for a summer opening at Crocker, is scheduled to open later this fall.
