Wade Oval Wednesday is celebrating its 15th year at University Circle tonight, the first of several WOW nights throughout the summer.

Free to the public, this Cleveland tradition features weekly concerts in a whole host of genres, as well as movie screenings, theme nights, vendors and food trucks. Concerts generally go from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., but post-show events may run later.

This year's WOW also comes with an extra perk: Before, during and after the Wednesday concerts, University Circle Inc. is offering free shuttle services with pickups every 20 minutes from two stops on the east side, Glenville’s Eastside Market and PNC Fairfax Connection. You can find paid parking at the nearby museums and the VA hospital employee garage after 5:30 p.m.

And now for the lineup:
June 12 - Councilman Kevin Conwell & The Footprints: Motown, R&B
June 19 - Blue Lunch: Blues
June 26 - Carlos Jones & The PLUS Band: Reggae
July 10 - The BackTraxx Band: Motown, Disco, Funk
July 17 - The RockNRoll Chorus: A Capella
July 24 - Grupo Son Gitano: Latin, Salsa

August 7 - HUBBS GROOVE: R&B, Blues, Jazz
August 14 - The Rad Trads: Indie Rock, Americana, Soul
August 21 - Pieces of Eight featuring the Lakeside Brass: Classic Rock with Horns

Additional events include among others a Guinness World Record attempt
for the most people making giant bubbles, fireworks, WOW market night and a Cleveland Indians Hotdog Mascot race around Wade Oval.
