Earlier this summer, the city of Cleveland sent out a reminder that the Muni Lot actually does have rules that are written down.

Most hilariously, the city wanted to let everyone know that getting drunk at the Muni Lot is absolutely not OK.

"Open containers, consumption of alcohol and public intoxication are all prohibited inside the municipal lot," the city said in a statement. "For those who plan to consume alcohol during any sporting event, always ensure there is a designated driver. Please exercise caution at all times and 'if you see something, please say something.'"

So come Sunday, when the Browns are scheduled to take down the Tennessee Titans at 1 p.m. at FirstEnergy Stadium, remember that the following list of items are banned from the lot:
-Open pit fires
-Charcoal grills
-Alcohol
-Vandalism
-Private latrines
People are also not allowed in and out privileges with their vehicles and saving spaces is strictly prohibited.

Gates to the lot open at 7 a.m. for regular season day games and each slot costs $25. Patrons of the lot can expect the city to provide 50 portable restrooms, 75 trashcans and three dumpsters, all of which we at Scene agree are not nearly enough.

Check out last year's Muni Lot shenanigans right here, which, we're sure, do  not include alcohol.
