LoveMuffinPalooza 2021, the annual music festival/fundraiser put on by Cleveland's Love Muffin Records, will take place from noon to 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 2, at the Bop Stop.

The event is a fundraiser for the Gathering Place, a locally based cancer support center that provides free programs and services for individuals and families coping with a cancer diagnosis.

There will also be a raffle with over 35 prizes from local Cleveland businesses.

Love Muffin label owner Adam Rich started the event back in 2008. He wanted to do his own version of Undercurrents, the popular yearly music showcase. After Rich's cousin died from cancer, Rich turned the event into a benefit concert.

For the first time ever, the event will also be streamed live. You can view the stream on the Bop Stop’s YouTube page. Donations can also be made online at

The 2021 lineup includes Dan McCoy, Mallory San Marco, Laurie & Ed from Hey Mavis, Beasts Without Biomes, Flowers Love Being Hal and This Summer.
Admission is $5, and proof of vaccination or a negative Covid test taken 72 hours before admission is required.
