A few years ago, local singer-songwriter David Curtis released his debut, It Is What It Is, an album of pop rock and alternative tunes. He followed it up two years ago with another full-length.

Curtis, who now records and performs as David Curtis Band rather than David Curtis, has just released a new music video for “Our Last Song.” He filmed the video at the Ohio State Reformatory in Mansfield to promote his forthcoming album that’s set to come out on Aug 28.

Starting Sunday, he will have a special iTunes pre-release of the entire album at a discounted price of $3.99 with an automatic download of the new single.

His album release show will take place on Aug. 31 at Coda in Tremont.
