Raymond Watts, formerly of KMFDM, is one of the most legendary artists in industrial music. He and the rest of PIG, including Bradley Bill, En Esch and Steve White, brought their fall tour to the Beachland this weekend. With deep pedigrees on all fronts, the members bring PIG a fresh take on the industrial genre. While the music still provides a heavy, mechanical sound, it’s interlaced with more melodic and darker elements.
The show at the Beachland was a treat, thanks to the exceptional performance and the intimate venue. PIG blazed through 16 songs with a two-song encore, opening with “Serial Killer Thriller” and ending the night with “Secret Skin,” a crowd favorite. Here’s all the action we caught.
