Jazz and R&B songstress Ledisi played the House of Blues last night to a packed crowd. Support artist Marsha Ambrosius, a UK transplant, warmed up the enthusiastic audience, who were packed tightly against the barricade for the one-two dynamic punch that these two ladies provided. Rarely has an opening act received as much applause from the attendees, but Marsha Ambrosius pulled as many cheers as headliner Ledisi did an hour later.
