Bert Stratton and Alan Douglass are part of the local klezmer/pop/comedy ensemble Yiddishe Cup, which has performed at music festivals, synagogues and private events for more than two decades. At 7 tonight, Stratton and Douglass will offer a snapshot of what they do in a program called Driving Mr. Klezmer at the Maltz Museum of Jewish Heritage (2929 Richmond Rd., Beachwood, 216.593.0575). They promise to drive their “Ford Tsuris” through a program that features a bissel klezmer music, a bissel old-time swing and pop music, and a bissel cornball comedy sketches. Stratton will tootle the clarinet and Douglass will “tickle the ivories.” Tickets are $15 (members get in for $12). Call the museum for reservations. — Anastasia Pantsios
