The World on Stage summer concert and event series kicked off with Africa Day, celebrating the vast culture and heritage within the continent’s many countries. Originally slated to take place at the Cultural Gardens Centennial Peace Plaza, rain showers forced the event inside nearby St. Casimir Church.
