The Greater Cleveland Urban Film Festival (GCUFF) kicked off its 14th year with a screening of We Want the Funk and subsequent reception at Karamu House.
The weekend continued with a tribute to Cleveland area native, actress/comedian Kym Whitley at Atlas Cinemas and featured proclamations from Cleveland mayor Justin Bibb, Shaker Heights mayor David Weiss — along with a special guest appearance from fellow actress Tisha Campbell.
GCUFF will conclude on Friday September 26th with a screening of Can You Stand the Rain at the MLK branch of the Cleveland Public LIbrary
