In Concord (7245 Cascade Road), this one-of-a-kind property recently hit the market for the first time since 2000. Featured on MTV, HGTV and elsewhere, this 3,600-square-foot home, known as Chant du Cygne, is built out of a concrete and foam, and is reminiscent of a Hobbit home or an abode from the Flintstones.
Originally built in 1970 by artist Wayne Trapp as a commission for a Mentor family that wanted a unique area to play and hang out with their eight children, the rock home was used as a primary residence until now, but the future could hold anything.
