In Concord (7245 Cascade Road), this one-of-a-kind property recently hit the market for $400,000. Featured on MTV, HGTV and elsewhere, this 3,600-square-foot home, known as Chant du Cygne, is built out of a concrete and foam, and is reminiscent of a Hobbit home or an abode from the Flintstones. The rock home is currently used as a primary residence but can be turned into a tourist attraction, event space or whatever the hell you want it to be.
