If the bartenders and waitresses at Parma’s Jigsaw Saloon and Stage seem a little giddy this week, they’re only boosting company morale. And it could score you a $100 bar tab. As one of the servers told me on Sunday afternoon, the club recently deep-sixed a handful of less-than-stellar employees. To “celebrate” the house-cleaning, its managers are promoting Practical Joke Week through Friday night.
