Freebie Alert: Watch The Goonies in Akron on Saturday

Imagine the beauty of Chunk's Truffle Shuffle like you've never seen it before: under the stars and on the big screen, courtesy of Free Akron Outdoor Movies.

The volunteer group will show The Goonies Saturday, October 17 on the Akron library amphitheater. The night is completely 80s-themed, meaning movie-goers should come with leg warmers, cassette tapes and Nintendo games (two thumbs up for Donkey Kong).

At 4 p.m., there will be games and 7 p.m. is showtime. The Akron library amphitheater is located outside of the Coffee Pot Café (75 Main St., Akron).
