Cher Returning to Quicken Loans Arena in February

While plenty of the songs Cher played in 2014 at a Quicken Loans Arena show were simply dance floor fodder, the concert had a theatrical dimension to it that never failed to impress (at one point, a veritable circus arrived on stage to entertain the capacity crowd during one of many costume changes).

Now, Cher has announced she’s hitting the road again in 2018 on her Here We Go Again tour. The jaunt includes a Feb. 6 stop at the Q. The award-winning singer and actress will be honored at the Kennedy Center later this year; she’s also the co-producer of The Cher Show, the upcoming Broadway musical that opens in December. Cher’s forthcoming album, Dancing Queen, serves as a tribute to ABBA.

A Citibank presale begins at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 12, and tickets go on sale to the general public at noon on Friday, Sept. 14.
