Each summer, the National Park Service teams up with the Conservancy for Cuyahoga Valley National Park to produce a free summer concert series at Howe Meadow in Peninsula.

This summer’s schedule includes several terrific local acts such as the reggae group Carlos Jones and the PLUS Band (June 6), the Americana act Hillbilly Idol (June 20), the bluegrass band David Mayfield Parade (July 11), the funk/pop/rock/jazz group Funkyard Experiment (July 18), the alt-country ensemble Chris Allen and the Lonesome Stars (Aug. 1) and the blues/rock/roots/swamp pop/zydeco band Cats on Holiday (Aug. 15).
