The East Cleveland Public Library dedicated their teen department to Shirellda Terry, one of three young women allegedly robbed of her life by serial killer Michael Madison.
The dedication ceremony took place over the weekend, and featured several guest speakers including Carol Rivchun, the president of Youth Opportunities Unlimited and Karen McHenry, the program manager for Homeless Youth Programs Bellefaire JCB. Both women spoke on the topic of human trafficking.
Staff of the library said that Terry frequented the library often, was an avid reader, and served as a tutor for younger students.
