Because a pen and paper, a marker and some empty space on a wall, a pencil and a tablecloth are all too unwieldy and expensive for this game. Hell, this is like buying a little football to play paper football with.

Only $4.99 for a complete waste of money! Or more, ya know, if you get into a bidding war with another Tic Tac Toe fanatic who also avoids pen and paper.
