Somebody sent WEWS a picture taken outside the now-defunct Randall Park Mall in North Randall, and the news station wants to know: “Is there a ghost floating around Randall Park Mall?” There was nothing there when the photographer took the shot, they said, and then she saw a “ghostly figure” when she looked at it at home.   1. I think that smudge thing is actually Channel 5’s credibility as a news organization floating away. Quick! Catch it!
