Ohio Governor John Kasich decreed the Dallas Mavericks as “Honorary Citizens” for tomorrow. What that exactly means, we’re not sure. The Mavs, friends, family, and organization will get to enjoy all the “privileges and honors” of being Ohioans for a day, and we’re not sure what that means either. Are they granted one-day residency? Do they all get a chocolate-covered Buckeye? Do they have to get an E-Check before leaving? Is Kasich worried they’ll sign SB5 petitions? Are they allowed to say, “Um, no thank you.”?
The pr-grabbing move is a tad embarrassing and not even worth dissecting, despite the multi-layered silliness, but would expect anything else?

C’mon dude! It’s all in fun. Get the lefty broomstick out of yer bum-hole and relax.
I am not a fan of Kasich to be honest but I LOVE THIS!! I am glad he did it. You guys need to chill and take it for what it is which is a great dig at ledouche!! He aint welcomed here but the people who beat his ass sure are lol!!!
Kasich is a jerk no matter what lame thing he for some good public relations
Careful Vince, your subjugation is showing……
“Silliness”? I don’t think so, Vince. The governor is far more in tune than you with Clevelanders, past and present. I haven’t lived there for over 40 years and am not even a Basketball fan, but watched last night with hope and expectation and couldn’t be more pleased.
Any dig at Leboob is ok in my book. It doesn’t matter if it comes from a democrat, republican or independent.
he continues to embarass me as resident of this state…
