Downtown Cleveland is rolling up its sleeves in preparation for the new Horseshoe Casino, which should go live and start decimating our paychecks sometime in mid-May. In order to make sure the suburban masses that haven’t been downtown since the ’97 All Star game can find the destination, city crews are hoisting up new signage.
