UPDATE: Shooting at Horseshoe Casino Parking Garage This Morning Leaves One Man Injured
The 36-year-old victim of this morning's shooting incident at the Horseshoe Casino parking garage told police that the suspect stole either "$2,600 or $4,600" from him.

Earlier last night, the victim met the suspect — a heavyset 5'9" black man with facial hair — at a strip club. They traveled to the casino together with two women.

While gambling, the victim won money. The two men left together.

"The two entered the suspect’s Dodge Ram pickup truck, at which point the suspect pulled a silver semi-automatic handgun on the victim and said 'Give me all you bread,'" according to Cleveland police. "The victim gave the money to the suspect and exited the vehicle. The victim then heard two shots and received one gunshot wound to his right hand, index finger. The suspect fled north on Ontario."

Initially, the victim told police that he was gambling alone and that he did not know the suspect at all.

Police are investigating a shooting that took place around 5:30 a.m. in the parking garage at Horseshoe Casino. The unidentified victim is currently at MetroHealth Medical Center.

As casino officials describe it, two men showed up together. When they left the casino, they were arguing. One man shot the other in the hand.

A portion of the garage is closed at the moment, though the casino is still open.
