Those with dreams of telling Pat Sajak they'd "like to buy a vowel" or "solve the puzzle" can get one step closer to making that a reality when auditions for
Wheel of Fortune roll to the MGM Northfield Park (formerly known as the Hard Rock Rocksino) later this month.
The popular weeknight game show, now in its 36th season, offers multiple ways for potential contestants to audition. But come May 11-12, Northeast Ohioans are getting a visit from the Wheelmobile (sans Vanna and Pat) right here in our own backyard.
The process works like this: Applicants' names are drawn randomly to play the game on site, with an opportunity to win prizes that day. Producers for the real show will evaluate player potential, and final auditions will take place at a later date.
All auditions are open to those 21 and over and chances to audition next Saturday and Sunday come at 3 p.m., 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. Just remember to be yourself.
